Yes, payments made on the previous business day are processed by our system. However, the time it takes for the payment to reflect on your statement or for us to confirm its final status depends on the payment method used.
I’m on Direct Debit via my bank. A payment was due yesterday—was it processed?
Yes, your scheduled Direct Debit Bank Account (DDBank) payment would have been processed on the invoice due date. Please allow up to 2 business days for your bank to confirm the final payment status.
How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?
- Direct Debit Credit Card (DDCC): Confirmation is usually available within 1 business day (often same day). You can see it on your card statement or check with us directly.

Direct Debit Bank Account (DDBank):
- Initial Status: We receive reports of invalid details (e.g., wrong BSB) on the next business day.
- Final Status: Your bank confirms any dishonored payments (e.g., insufficient funds) on the second business day after submission.
My payment hasn’t appeared on my bank statement yet. What should I do?
If you paid via Direct Debit Credit Card (DDCC), check your credit card statement. If it’s not visible, please contact our customer service team.
If you paid via Direct Debit Bank Account (DDBank), please allow up to 2 business days for your bank to process and confirm the payment. If it’s still not showing after that or you received a dishonor notice, please contact us for help.
