How to log into my account?

You can log into your account at any time to activate your SIM, change your plan, check your network status, view or pay your bills.

To log into your account, click on "Sign In" on the top right corner. Enter the email address you used to register your account with Flip.
If you are a first time user, you can use the temporary password included in your Welcome Letter.
If you can not locate your Welcome Letter, or if you have lost your password select "Forgot your password".
A new temporary password will be sent to the email address you entered.
Log in again with your email address and your new temporary password. You will prompted to change your password.
