Just signed up with Flip but with a set up that wasn’t entirely standard. Apart from the internet I wanted a landline and a fixed public IP address. Liza from the support team handled the IP address and the set up of my ATA for the phone service. It was great to have one person handling this rather than being passed around to several people. Setting up the ATA took a while but Liza was fantastic, keep in regular contact with me and wouldn’t let go until she had resolved the problem.

Very short wait time when I called regarding new connection. I received advice which solved my issue and the representatives was very nice. I am switching from another provider to Flip and based on this great encounter I am extremely glad I chose Flip. NBN service changed over seamlessly ( I had just placed the plug in wrong port) and the monthly fee is extremely competitive.

Changed provider to Flip. Got nbn upgrade and was very worried that I wouldn't be able to reuse internet. Nbn guy fantastic, had to call flip to reconfigure modem. Dealt with Audrey. Fantastic, helped me thru all steps very easily. No problems. Everything reconnected without any headaches.
