Why upgrade to nbn 500?
Fast Speed gives your household a major speed upgrade compared with standard everyday plans.
It is designed for homes where internet is used heavily across multiple devices. That could mean video meetings, cloud-based work, streaming, gaming, schoolwork, smart TVs and large downloads all happening in the same home.
If your current internet feels fine for basic browsing but slow when everyone is online, nbn 500 may be the right upgrade.

It is also a smart option for customers who want faster internet but do not necessarily need the top residential speed tier.
