What our customers say

The Flip Seniors nbn 50/20 (Family) service is good value. Customer service from Ian was great! He made the process of transferring to my internet service between properties easy and gave me confidence in the process.

We love Flip – Flip is the best nbn provider we have had. They are very reliable and update you if there are any nbn works going on in your area. Kuranda, Qld. is where I am. We are on 25 mbps which is mostly 27 when I check it. And if you do have any problems they are easy to contact and get help for you as soon as possible. We love Flip.

I am very satisfied with the Flip service since switching from another nbn internet provider. Connectivity has been very good with no dropouts. Upload and download speeds have been acceptable and good. I believe I am getting value for money.
